Fantastic location just steps from Ponte Vecchio. The room was spacious and clean, featuring a large comfortable bed. I loved opening the balcony to enjoy the soothing sounds of street performers at night. However, faced some issues with noise from the nearby streets, which might disturb light sleepers. Also, the bathroom could use additional storage. my perfume rolled off a tilted shelf. Despite these minor drawbacks, the friendly staff made it a pleasant stay, and I appreciated the local eateries nearby for meals.

Communication via WhatsApp was prompt and friendly, although a serious safety concern arose due to blocked stair access and an outdated lift that can only accommodate two people at a time. Additionally, the noise from live music could linger late into the night, which may deter light sleepers.
